Refund & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

Product can be returned within 15 days of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Return Policy is applicable only on products purchased online.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with the original packaging.

Returns will be eligible only for the following situations -

  • The product, feature or specification does not match with what was claimed on the website at time of purchase.

  • The customer received a damaged or faulty product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

*Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by company
**Any item that is returned more than 15 days after purchase.
***Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.



Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipment and other processing charges may be deducted as per actuals on seller discretion.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account, credit card company and the bank.

Cancellation

You can only cancel your order before we ship your ordered items. Once the ordered items are shipped you would receive the tracking number and date of shipment. You will not be able to cancel your orders on or after the date of shipment. However you could apply for refund under return policy.



Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items sold under sales, discounts or promotions cannot be refunded.



Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: TrakFamily Technology Solutions, B-3/201, 2’nd Floor, Prerna Complex, Subhash Chowk, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi, India Pincode 110092.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Product delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on shipping address.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
